جب معاشرے میں نا اہلی، کرپشن اور نا انصافی بڑھتی ہے تو قومیں اللہ کے غضب کا شکار ہو جاتی ہیں
بہاولپور پارا چناراور کوئٹہ میں دہشت گردی کے واقعات حکومتی اور عسکری اداروں کی نا اہلی کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہیں۔لیکن اس کی پرواہ کس کو ہے؟وہ ریسکیو ٹیموں کی روانگی اور درد بھرے پیغامات بھیجنے کو کافی سمجھتے ہیں۔نہ تو ہماری سیاسی اور عسکری قیادت کو ذمہ داری کا احساس ہے اور نہ ہی ہم انہیں اس کا ذمہ دار سمجھتے ہیں۔ہمارے پاس دہشت گردوں، بھارت، افغانستان، امریکہ اور اسرائیل پر الزام لگانے کا بہانہ گھڑا رکھا ہے۔پڑھے لکھے افراد سمیت ساری قوم جمہوریت، حُب الوطنی اور اداروں کے احترام کے نام پر نا اہل سیاسی اور عسکری قیادت کے دفاع میں جُتی ہوئی ہے۔
دشمن جب چاہے اور جہاں چاہے ہمارےملک کو نشانہ بنا ڈالتا ہے۔ تو پھرایٹمی قوت ہونے، پانچویں سب سے بڑی فوج رکھنے، ایف16،جے ایف17، آبدوزیں ، لا تعداد خفیہ ایجنسیاں اور پولیس رکھنے کا آخر مصرف کیا ہے۔کیا ہم اِسے نااہلی نہیں کہیں گے جس کا کوئی حساب نہیں؟ہم دشمن کو مورد الزام ٹھہرا کر کب تک خود کو بری الزمہ قرار دیتے رہیں گے۔میں عسکری اداروں سے ایک سادہ سا سوال پوچھنا چاہتا ہوں کہ دشمن تو وہی کرے گا جو دشمن کیا کرتے ہیں، آپ کیا کر رہے ہیں؟قوم کو دشمن کے خفیہ اور علی الاعلان حملوں سے محفوظ رکھناکیا آپ کے فرائض منصبی میں شامل نہیں؟
ہماری نا اہلی کا اس سے بڑھ کر کوئی اور ثبوت کیا ہوگا کہ دشمن ہماری ہر عوامی جگہ اور ہماری انتہائی اہم تنصیبات کوبار بار اپنے حملوں کا نشانہ بنا چکا اورجب ہم کلبھوشن یادیو جیسا زہریلا ناگ پکڑ لیتے ہیں تو سال بھر میں ہمارا ملک اس کی کرتوتوں پر اُس کو پھانسی نہیں دے سکتا۔یہ ہماری نا اہل قیادت کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے۔
دوسری جانب بہاولپور کا سانحہ ان لوگوں کی محرومی اور غربت کی کہانی ہے جو مفت کا پٹرول کے حصول کے لئے اپنی زندگی گنوادیتے ہیں،حکومتی بد ترین نااہلی کا نوحہ ہےکہ حادثے کے بعد کے واقعات پر قابو نہیں پایا جا سکا۔اس سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ جنوبی پنجاب میں کوئی برن سنٹر ہی نہیں بنائے گئے۔پنجاب کی 12کروڑ آبادی کے لئے 57بستروں کا ایک برن سنٹر موجود ہے۔یہ وہ ملک ہے جو مرتے ہوئے مریضوں کو علاج کی سہولت فراہم نہیں کرتا مگر حکمرانوں کی عیاشیوں ، موٹر ویز اور اورنج ٹرین منصوبوں پر اربوں روپے لٹا دیتا ہے۔
کرّہ زمین پر بسنے والے کسی بھی شخص سے پوچھ لیں کہ وہ اپنے سسکتے پیاروں کے علاج معالجے اور میٹرو یا اورنج ٹرین میں سفر کرنے میں سے کس کو ترجیح دے گا توظاہر ہے اُس کا انتخاب کیا ہوگا؟یہاں فرق یہ ہے کہ ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ ہمیں ان مصائب کا سامنا نہیں کرنا پڑے گا۔ہمارا خیال ہے کہ دوسرے مصیبتیں جھیلیں گے اور ہم ان کے ابتلا کا تماشہ دیکھیں گے۔یہ اللہ کا غضب ہی تو ہے کہ ایک قوم کی باگ ڈور اس کی اپنی ہی منتخب کردہ کرپٹ، ظالم اور نا اہل قیادت کے ہاتھوں میں ہے۔
جنازوں کے پہلو میں بیٹھے500 خاندانوں کی آہ و بکا کا باعث وہ لوگ ہیں جو سی پیک کی ڈھینگیں مارتے ، جمہوریت کے ثمرات گنواتے، پاکستان کے سنہری مستقبل کے سپنے دکھاتے، مسلح افواج کی بہادری اور اہلیت کی جگالی کرتے اور شریف خاندان کے تدبر کےگن گاتےنہیں تھکتے۔یہ اموات جیو، جنگ اور میر شکیل الرحمٰن کے نام جو وزیراعظم کے جے آئی ٹی کے سامنے پیش ہونے پر نہال ہیں کہ یہ اس سے اصل جمہوریت اور انصاف کی صبح نو کا نقطہ آغاز ہے۔500جنازوں کی تحفہ ان کی نذرجوجے آئی ٹی میں پیشی کے موقع پر وزیراعظم کے صاحبزادے کی تصویر لیک ہونے پر بپھر گئے۔یہ جنازے عدلیہ کی نذر جو غریبوں کو انصاف فراہم کرنے سے قاصر ہے۔
ہم تو فنا ہو چلے مگر ہماری بد نصیبی کہ ہمیں معلوم تک نہیں کہ ہم کیوں فنا ہو رہے ہیں بالکل اُس بھکاری کی مانندجسے معلوم نہیں کہ کمانا کس کو کہتے ہیں۔

When incompetence, corruption & injustice rise in a society, nations suffer wrath of Allah.
Parachinar, Quetta or any terror incident is a certificate of incompetence of government and security forces. But who cares, send rescue teams, express grief are considered enough. Neither our political or security leadership feel responsible nor nation considers them responsible, we opt to blame terrorist, India, Afghanistan, America and Israel. Instead nation including educated lot is found defending our incompetent political and security leadership in the name of democracy, patriotism and respect for institutions.
What’s the meaning of being nuclear power, fifth largest Army, F16s, JF17, Submarines, so many intelligence agencies and police if our country can be targeted any time, anywhere by our enemy. Don’t we call it incompetence without accountability? How long we will exonerate ourselves and blaming on our enemies. I ask one simple question from our security forces “Enemy must do what an enemy does but what is your job? is it not to protect the nation from hostile covert & overt enemy attacks?
What better evidence of our incompetence is that we have been attacked by our enemy at every vital installation & public place repeatedly, yet when we catch snake head Kulbashan Yadav, the country is unable to execute him for his crimes since one year. A sheer proof of incompetent leadership.
Bahawalpur incident on one hand speaks of desperation & poverty of people who risk their life to collect free petrol, on the other hand speaks of worst governance where aftermath of an accident is not being controlled. It also speaks lack of health facilities especially burn centres in south Punjab. 57 beds of burn centre for 120 million population of Punjab? This is a country which cannot provide treatment to dying patients but spends billions on metro & orange. Spends billions on lavish lifestyle of ruling elites.
Imagine choice of any person on earth to choose between treatment of his dear ones dying or metro or orange train travel, the answer is obvious but difference is that we never considers ourself to suffer from such situation, we only think such suffering for others & watch others to suffer.
It is wrath of Allah on a nation which is being led by their chosen corrupt, unjust & incompetent leadership.
500 families sitting besides funerals is dedicated to those who don’t stop boosting and dreaming about CPEC, fruits of democracy, bright future of Pakistan, bravery & competence of security forces and vision of Sharifs. This death toll is dedicated to GEO/Jang & Mir Shakil ur Rehman who screams with jubilation that PM is appearing in front of JIT as a dawn of Justice and real democracy, this 500 funeral is dedicated to those who go mad when picture of PM son Leaks out from JIT, this funeral is also dedicated to judiciary who cannot render justice to poor.
We are doomed but our misery is that we even don’t know what it means to be doomed just like a beggar who never knew what does it means to earn.
