We humbly take this opportunity to introduce Sada Welfare Foundation, which is an independent, non-political, non-profitable and non-governmental social welfare voluntary organization that is committed to providing medical care to the children of the poor and underprivileged members of our society. With Allah blessings the foundation was launched in April 2001, with a strong belief that if we all work together for the children of Pakistan with honest intentions, we will be rewarded by Allah. To expand our program and extend our message of sharing and helping the needy we need your cooperation and financial assistance and would like to assure you that Sada Welfare Foundation is committed to making this foundation into a Social Welfare Movement that benefits all Pakistanis. Sada Welfare Foundation exists for the simple, humanitarian purpose of helping children whose health and lives are threatened by poverty, endemic diseases, natural disasters or civil conflict. Due to financial constraints the Government is unable to provide free medical services and facilities. SADA has therefore come forward to offer its services, however limited, to help the poor patients of NICH. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our trustees and members who are the main donors of our organization. It is because of their contribution and the benevolence of generous individuals and our hard working colleagues that we are able to carry on with our commitment to serve the sick children of the underprivileged section of our society. The Sada Welfare Foundation is duly registered with the Directorate of Social Welfare , Government of Sindh Karachi. for its activities SWF receives donations from philanthropists from all over the country and overseas Pakistanis. Federal Board of Revenue, Islamabad, exempts all Donations and Zakat to the SWF from Income Tax Vide No. RCCR/CR/SO-1/47(1)(d)/S-46/2001/2002/82. All the funds collected are duly receipted and deposited with the approved bankers of Sada Welfare Foundation. Messrs Rizwani Imtiaz & Company, Chartered Accountants, Karachi audit the accounts yearly.
