Bypassing the bypass – Pomegranate may have useful properties



Two things are full of benefits for the human being, lukewarm water and pomegranate. Pomegranate is a seasonal fruit in Pakistan so I tried an experiment with dried pomegranate seeds

(DRY ANARDANA), prepared a decoction boiling the fistful of dried seeds in half litre of water for 10 minutes, squeezed the seeds, strained the decoction and advised those patients suffering from painful angina to use a glass of lukewarm decoction on an empty stomach in the morning, amazing result was observed, the decoction of dried pomegranate seeds worked like a magic, the feelings of tightness and heaviness of chest and the pain had gone,

It encouraged me to try more experiments on all types of cardiac patients so I tried other experiments on patients who were suffering from painful angina, coronary arterial blockage, cardiac ischemia (insufficient blood flow to the heart muscle) etc, waiting for a bypass surgery, the same lukewarm decoction was used empty stomach in the morning, the patients experienced quick relief in all symptoms including painful condition


In another case of coronary arterial blockage the patient started using half glass of fresh pomegranate juice every day for one year, although all symptoms were completely relieved within a week but he continued taking it for a whole year, it completely reversed the plaque build-up and unblocked his arteries to normal, the angiography report confirmed the evidence, thus decoction of dried pomegranate seeds, fresh pomegranate juice or eating a whole pomegranate on empty stomach in the morning proved to be a miracle cure for cardiac patients,

But the lukewarm dried seeds decoction proved to be more effective compared to eating a whole pomegranate or fresh pomegranate juice, use of pomegranate in any way has demonstrated even more dramatic effects as blood thinner, pain killing properties for cardiac patients, lowers LDL (low-density lipoprotein or bad cholesterol) and raises the HDL (high-density lipoprotein or good cholesterol) , there are more than 50 different types of heart diseases the most common being coronary artery disease (CAD), which is the number one killer of both women and men in some countries, and there has been no medicinal cure for this disease, many cardiac patients have reversed their heart diseases on my advice using one glass of lukewarm decoction of pomegranate dried seeds, half glass of fresh pomegranate juice or eating a whole pomegranate on empty stomach in the morning, it was the very first real breakthrough in the history of cardiology to successfully treat the cardiac diseases by a fruit, The more super foods to obtain the even faster results for cardiac patients which are most promising curative and protective agents like fresh raisins, quince, guava, prunes (dried plums), natural vinegar, mixture of grape fruit juice and honey in the morning (empty stomach), basil leaves, chicory leaves, powder of oregano leaves and rock salt in equal quantity (in case the patient is not hypertensive) and sesame oil as cooking oil for cardiac patients.

It is regretted to say that treating the heart patients and bypass surgery has become far more profitable business around the world which has failed to help avert life threatening heart attacks and life time cardiac complications resulting in almost paralyzed life. A regular use of pomegranate in any way ensures a healthy cardiac life, thinning your blood, dissolving the blood clots and obstruction inside the coronary arteries, maintains an optimal blood flow, supports a healthy blood pressure, prevents and reverses atherosclerosis. (Thickening of the internal lining of the blood vessels) from whatever I experienced and observed in last several years, I can say:

Why Pomegranate Cures Cardio Vascular Diseases?

Why pomegranate has the ability to Cure Cardio Vascular Diseases? Apparently it has a high content of certain vitamins, minerals that have the ability to reduce arterial plague from endothelium (Smooth lining of arteries). If we have faith in this theory than, circuitously we are propagating that vitamins , minerals & Amino Acids (VMA) do have an imperative function in riddance of arterial plague.

Now it would be fascinating to discuss how we acquire the plague in the arteries in the first place. Heart pumps 100,000 times, pumps .073 liters with each beat and pumps approximately 7300 liters in 24 hours. Can you imagine the pressure in psi? If 7300 liters are pumped every 24 hours it must be exerting tremendous pressure on the endothelium thereby creating lesion. This sticky substance is known a Lipoprotein (a). Any object flowing in the blood stream like calcium, cholesterol etc., gets stuck to the sticky protein. This is how plague develops and finally it chocks the artery completely.

Atherosclerotic plague is the term for cholesterol (fat) deposits on blood vessel walls. An important discovery was made by researchers that one type of cholesterol, the lipoprotein (a), called the Lp(a) is the primary reason for atherosclerotic plaque. Lp (a) is created by the liver. It is termed sticky, allowing it to attach to the vessel walls while also attracting deposits such as LDL cholesterol, fibrinogen and calcium.

The nutrients that have the power to cure Cardio Vascular Diseases:

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a nutrient that is needed to manufacture the elastic fibers collagen and elastin, which keep the walls of the veins and arteries flexible and strong. This helps the vascular walls resist pressure and contract after dilating due to blood flow. It also keeps the valves of the veins from leaking. The body must continually produce collagen and elastin to repair and maintain arteries and veins and to help prevent broken capillaries and superficial spider veins that appear under the skin.

Vitamin E

Blood clots can adhere to the sides of arteries causing the walls to narrow, stiffen and weaken. Individuals with diabetes are at higher risk of blood clots, and this can lead to heart disease and stroke. Vitamin E is an essential nutrient that helps keep blood-clotting proteins called platelets from sticking together and forming clots in the blood vessels. This promotes artery and vein health and healthy blood circulation throughout your body.


Vitamin B3, also known as niacin, is an essential nutrient that is also used in the treatment of high cholesterol in some patients. The University Of Maryland Medical Center advises that niacin can help to reduce elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood. Lowering blood cholesterol levels helps to reduce fatty plaques that cause blockages and blood clots. Niacin also helps to reduce atherosclerosis, or stiffening of the artery walls, to keep the blood vessels durable and flexible.


Magnesium (Mg) ions directly influence vascular tone and responsiveness and are cofactors for acetylcholine-induced endothelium-dependent relaxation. Alterations in extracellular Mg are able to modify the formation and release of nitric oxide (NO), altering arterial smooth muscle tone.


It is an essential Amino Acid and is necessary for the synthesis of collagen, which is the most abundant protein in your body. It competitively inhibits the binding of lipoprotein (a) to fibrinogen, fibrin, and fibrin degradation products which are known to be hallmarks of the atherosclerotic lesion.

L-proline and hydroxyl-proline also binds to the lipoprotein (a) and renders its stickiness useless with an even higher affinity than lysine. Since collagen and elastin are particularly rich in proline residues this mechanism is of importance for the binding and retention of the lipoprotein(a) particle in the vascular wall.

Vitamin K-2

Vitamin K2 directs the calcium to your skeleton, while preventing it from being deposited where you don’t want it — i.e., your organs, joint spaces, and arteries. A large part of arterial plaque consists of calcium deposits (arteriosclerosis), hence the term “hardening of the arteries. Vitamin K2 activates a protein hormone called osteocalcin, produced by osteoblasts, which is needed to bind calcium into the matrix of your bone. Osteocalcin also appears to help prevent calcium from depositing into your arteries. In other words, without the help of vitamin K2, the calcium that your vitamin D so effectively lets in might be working AGAINST you — by building up your coronary arteries rather than your bones.
