A country run by those with an average 70 years of age

Imagine a country where very old people are searched to run most critical national duties. General elections were held under CEC Fakhruddin G Ebrahim at the age of 85 yrs old. Sartaj Aziz leading foreign policy at the age of 87 years. Tariq Fatimi running foreign affairs at the age of 71. Mamnoon Hussain holding President office at age 75. Nawaz Sharif at 66 yrs, Pervez Rashid at 66 yrs. Chairman PTV Attaul Haq Qasmi at 73. Does the old age allow our rulers more flexibility of running affairs in their own way. Why the retirement age of 60 to 65 is exercised in the world? It is because you cannot perform with optimum efficiency at a certain age. Imagine a country which is run by a leadership at an average age of 70 Years on vital positions & they are in no mood of retirement but the only good performing leader will retire at 59: General Raheel Sharif. Isn’t something drastically wrong with our system? Ahmad Jawad
