قوم سو رہی ہے،ہارن بجانا منع ہے

میرا ایمان ہے کہ سچ میں تلخی نہ ہوتو یہ سچ نہیں ہوتا۔ سچ تحریر کرنے والے عظیم لکھاریوں، شاعروں اور دانشوروں میں سچ کے اظہار کے لئے تلخی کا عنصر غالب رہا ہے۔ہمارے لئے آگاہی سب سے زیادہ ضروری ہے کیونکہ ہم بےعلم اور غیر مہذب قوم ہیں۔ہمیں متضاد خیالات مگر اعداد و شمار اور حقائق کے ذریعے آگاہی کو فروغ دینا چاہئے۔گہری نیند میں سویا ہوا شخص ہمیشہ تعمیری کام کے شور یا جگانے کی آواز سُن کر ہڑبڑا کر اٹھتا ہے۔اُس گہری نیند میں سوئے آدمی کی طرح ہم بھی گہری نیند میں سوئی ہوئی قوم ہیں۔ ایسی صورت میں قوم سو رہی ہے ہارن بجانا منع ہے کا مذاق ہم پر صادق آتا ہے۔میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ کسی بھی قیمت پر ہمیں مسلسل ہارن بجاتے رہنا چاہئے۔
Don’t blow horns, Nation is sleeping.

I believe Truth cannot be without bitterness otherwise it’s not truth. Great writers, poets and intellectuals have been bitter and even annoying in their expressions to roll out truth. For us awareness is most important because we are an ignorant and uncivilised nation. We must create awareness even with opposite views, but with facts n figures. A person who is in deep sleep would always be disturbed by the noise of reconstruction or by the voice of wake up call. As a nation we are just like that sleeping person. A joke ” Don’t blow horns, nation is sleeping” is the best description of our state of affairs. I believe we must continue to blow horns even it bears some cost.
