I see extremely frustrated Indian Government, Media, Social Media & Think Tanks who wake up every night with a nightmare. Nightmare is titled as ” CPEC”. Next day their frustration from last night nightmare turns into desperate ideas with no grounds but wishful thinking. They dream of surgical strikes, Baluchistan as occupied area by Pakistan, stopping water supply of rivers, self amusement on isolation of Pakistan by cancelling SAARC & most importantly seeing Raheel Sharif retiring. Off all their desires & dreams, yes one dream will be realised that Raheel Sharif will retire by his own choice.
They also managed to prevent Pakistani artist performing in India. They too, managed to have losers like Adnan Sami & BrahamDagh Bugti to sing With Indian tunes. They also manage to launch a few terror attack in Pakistan but that’s it they can achieve. Every terror attack in Pakistan by India will be responded by Uri like Strikes. Tit for Tat.
They appeal to Indian public to boycott Chinese products. No appeal of boycotting products from a certain country has ever succeeded in the world based on ethnic or political reasons. Consumer is 99% motivated by his own affordability and Product quality & availability, India is stuck with Chinese products for the rest of life. It will be Indian economy which will collapse if they ban Chinese products.
I think Chinese has played their cards like never before in the history of mankind with patience & consistency. Neither India nor USA/Europe can rid of Chinese products for the rest of their lives. China has now reached to a stage to dictate new world order but not like US bully style but in Chinese diplomacy style.
China appears at its best diplomatic prowess when she uses the aggressive style of Russia, Turkey, North Korea & Pakistan into her favour without making it conspicuous.
US move to use Philippines at International Court of Justice over claim on ” South China Sea” not only met its terrible death at the hands of China, but China brushed aside any claim over South China most arrogantly & most threatening way. Instead, Obama being called as ” Son of a B…… ” by Philippine President. I think no US President ever got such title before.
We also see frustration of Germany over Turkey. If you switch on DW TV channel, you will see Doomsday scenario by DW about Turkey. Their next potential Chancellor Jen Spahn will found be threatening Turks in Germany over their affiliation with Tayyip Erdogan or announcing his intent to revise German Visa regulations for Turkish visitors.
We witnessed frustration of Germany, France & others over Brexit.
In my opinion, Obama proved as the worst President of USA. It is during his tenure, USA not only was halted at Syria by Russian forces after her series of successful take over of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya & Egypt. Today USA is trying to come out of Syrian crisis with a face saving. It is first victory of Russia ever since Uni Polar World existed with the fall of Soviet Union.
Second worst failure of USA is at Turkey where it clearly appeared as the sponsor of attempted coup against Tayyip Erdogan. What USA got in return; Erdogan becoming stronger than ever before, Turkey reconciling with Russia, loss of an important NATO Ally & termination of USA supporters within Turkey.
Frustration of USA & Europe over failed coup attempt in Turkey is so visible that it can be seen every day in US & western media.
Success of Zarb Azab proved a big jolt to USA’s crafty & conniving designs in the region. Fall of Altaf Hussain, recovery of Baluchistan, Control of North Waziristan, aggressive grip at Pak Afghan Border & rise of CPEC under the supervision of Army are all loss & frustration to USA/India.
Brexit might be the only significant advantage of spilt Europe, Obama reign has achieved despite his apparent diplomatic support for the integration of EU.
North Korea is a constant nightmare to the frustration of USA & his allies especially Japan & South Korea.
I think if USA can blame Obama for its global failures, at the same time, four people can be attributed as the factors of US failures; Putin of Russia, Xi Jinping of China, Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey & Raheel Sharif of Pakistan. All had different roles but common trait like total commitment to their respective countries. All of them are visionary & aggressive in nature, though Chinese aggressiveness is always shielded in the wrap of strong diplomacy.
One Belt, One Road (OBOR) with its first phase of CEPEC, Victory of Russia in Syria, New Face of Tayyip Erdogan, Russian-Turkish Gas Pipeline ( Turk Stream), Putin ability to call shots in world affairs with his leadership & competence, Legacy of Raheel Sharif, Tactical Nuclear weapons of Pakistan, BRICS ( Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa), Iran finding balance with China & Pakistan over CPEC, North Korea growing Missile technology have already created a new alliance of China, Russia, Turkey, Pakistan, North Korea, Brazil, South Africa, Iran & Central Asian States.
USA, India, Israel, Germany, UK, France, Japan, Australia, puppet Muslim states in Middle East & South Korea are the key players of opposite Alliance.
New Cold War has started.
New World order will be in place in next 5 years.

مجھے بھارت کی حکومت ،اس کا میڈیا، سوشل میڈیا اور تھنک ٹینک شدید مایوسی کا شکار نظر آتے ہیں جو ہر رات ایک ڈراونا خواب دیکھ کر ہڑ بڑا اٹھتے ہیں۔اس بھارتی ڈراؤنے خواب کا نام ہے سی پیک منصوبہ۔اگلے دن جب وہ خواب سے بیدار ہوتے ہیں تو ان کی خوش فہمیاں مزید نا امیدی میں ڈوب جاتی ہیں۔ان کےسرجیکل سٹرائیک ، پاکستان کے زیر تسلط بلوچستان میں شورش اور دریاوں کا پانی بند کرنےکے خواب چکنا چور ہو جاتے ہیں۔ان کو دُھن سمائی ہے کہ کسی طرح سارک کانفرنس کی تنسیخ اور راحیل شریف کی ریٹائرمنٹ سے پاکستان تنہائی کا شکار ہو جائے۔ راحیل شریف کا اپنی مرضی سے ریٹائرمنٹ کا ان کا خواب پورا ہونے کو ہے۔
انہوں نے پاکستانی فنکاروں کو بھارت میں پرفارم کرنے سے روک دیا ہے اور بھارت کا راگ الاپنے والے عدنان سمیع خان اور برہمداخ بگٹی جیسےبز دلوں کو اپنےہاں رکھ لیا ہے۔وہ پاکستان میں کچھ دہشت گرد حملے کرانے میں بھی کامیاب ہو گئے ہیں مگر وہ اس زیادہ کچھ بھی نہیں کر سکتے۔ان کے ہر دہشت گرد حملے کا ترکی بہ ترکی جواب اوڑی طرز کی حکمت عملی سے دیا جائے گا۔
بھارتیوں نے اپنے لوگوں سے بھی کہا ہے کہ چین کی مصنوعات کا بائیکاٹ کیا جائے۔حالانکہ نسلی اور سیاسی بنیادوں پر کسی ملک کی مصنوعات کےبائیکاٹ کی اپیل کبھی کامیاب نہیں ہو سکی کیونکہ اشیاء کی فراہمی، معیار اور قوت خرید کے مطابق قیمت 99% صارفین کواپنی جانب متوجہ کرتی ہیں۔بھارت ہمیشہ کے لئے چینی اشیاء کا اسیر ہو چکا ہے۔اگر بھارت چینی اشیا ء پر پابندی لگاتا ہے تو اس کی معیشت بیٹھ جائے گی۔
چین نے انسانی تاریخ میں اس طرح مستقل مزاجی اور تحمل کے ساتھ کبھی چال نہیں چلی اور نہ ہی بھارت، امریکہ اور یورپ کبھی چینی مصنوعات سے پنڈ چھڑا سکیں گے۔چین اس مقام پر پہنچ چکا ہے جہاں وہ امریکہ کی طرح دھونس جما کر نہیں بلکہ اپنے سفارتی انداز میں طاقت کی نئی درجہ بندی میں شامل ہو چکا ہے۔
روس، ترکی، شمالی کوریا اور پاکستان کی طرح جارحانہ انداز اپنائے بغیر چین کی سفارتی مہارت عروج پر ہے۔چین نے امریکی شہ پر بین الاقوامی عدالت انصاف میں فلپائن کے جنوبی چین کے سمندر پر دعوے کو کچل دیا ہے بلکہ اسے پایہ حقارت سے نظر انداز کر دیا ہے۔فلپائنی صدر کی طرف سے اوباما کو دی جانے والی گالی کی طرح اس سے پہلے کسی امریکی صدر کی عزت افزائی نہیں کی گئی ہوگی۔
ہمیں ترکی کے بارے جرمنی میں بھی مایوسی دکھائی دیتی ہے۔اگر آپ DW ٹی وی چینل لگائیں تو آپ کو ترکی کے بارے قیامت خیز مناظر دکھائی دیں گے۔جرمنی کا متوقع چانسلر جین سپاہن طیب اردگان کی حمایت کرنے پر ترک تارکین وطن کو ڈراتا اور ترکوں کے لئےویزہ کی رعائتیں واپس لینے کی دھمکیاں دیتا سنائی دیتا ہے۔ہمیں یورپی یونین کے خاتمے بارے پرجرمنی، فرانس اور دوسرے ممالک کی مایوسی دیکھنے کو ملی۔
میرے خیال میں اوباما امریکہ کے بد ترین صدر ثابت ہوئے۔ مصر، لیبیا، عراق اور افغانستان پر کامیاب قبضے کے بعد ان کے دور حکومت میں روس نے شام میں امریکہ کی پیش قدمی روک دی۔ہزیمت سے بچنے کے لئے آج امریکہ شام کے بحران سے نکلنے کے لئے ہاتھ پاؤں مار رہا ہے۔ عالمی قوت بننے کی دوڑ سے نکلنے کے بعد روس کی یہ پہلی کامیابی ہے۔
امریکی شہ پر ترکی میں ہونے والی طیب اردگان کے خلاف بغاوت کا کچلے جانا امریکہ کی دوسری بڑی ناکامی ہے۔اس کے نتیجے امریکہ کو کیا ملا؟ طیب اردگان پہلے سے زیادہ مضبوط ہوئے، ترکی کا رجحان روس کی طرف بڑھا، ایک نیٹواتحادی کو کھونا پڑا اور ترکی میں امریکہ کے حامیوں کا خاتمہ ہو گیا۔
ترکی میں بغاوت کی ناکامی پر امریکہ اور یورپ کی جھنجلاہٹ امریکی اور مغربی میڈیا پر روزانہ آشکار ہوتی ہے۔
خطے میں امریکی سازشوں اور مکاریوں کے لئے آپریشن ضرب عضب کی کامیابی بہت بڑا جھٹکا ثابت ہوئی۔الطاف حسین کا زوال، بلوچستان کی بحالی، شمالی وزیرستان پر بھر پور کنٹرول ،پاک افغان بارڈر پر مکمل گرفت اور فوج کی نگرانی میں سی پیک منصوبے کا ظہور بھارت اور امریکہ کے لئے شکست اور ناکامی کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہیں۔
متحد یورپ کی بھرپور امریکی حمائت کے باوجود یورپی بٹوارے کا چھوٹا سا فائدہ Brexitکی صورت میں ملا۔شمالی کوریا امریکہ اور اسکے اتحادیوں بالخصوص جاپان اور جنوبی کوریا کے لئے مستقل درد سر بنا ہوا ہے۔
میرا اندازہ ہے کہ عالمی ناکامیوں پر امریکہ اوباماکو مورد الزام ٹھہرائے گا۔امریکی ناکامیوں کا سہرا چار آدمیوں کے سر جاتا ہے جن میں روس کے پیوٹن، چین کے زی جن پنگ، ترکی کے طیب اردگان اور پاکستان کے راحیل شریف شامل ہیں۔انکے کار نامے مختلف ہیں مگران کا طرہ امتیاز یہ ہے کہ یہ اپنے ملک کے پکے وفا دار ہیں۔اگرچہ چین کی پیش قدمی زبر دست سفارتی پیرائے میں لپٹی ہوتی ہے تا ہم یہ سب دوراندیش اوربہادری کا میلان رکھتے ہیں۔
سی پیک منصوبے کا ایک خطہ ایک سڑک(OBOR) کا پہلا مرحلہ،شام میں روس کی فتح، طیب اردگان کا نیا چہرہ،ترکی روس پائپ لائن، دنیا کے معاملات پر اپنی قابلیت اور قائدانہ صلاحیتوں سے سرانجام دئے گئے پیوٹن کے کارنامے، راحیل شریف کی میراث، پاکستان کے جدید جوہری ہتھیار،چین برازیل، بھارت،روس اور ساوتھ افریقی اتحاد(BRICS)، پاک چین منصوبے سی پیک میں ایران کی دلچسپی اورشمالی کوریا کی بڑھتی ہوئی میزائل ٹیکنالوجی کی بدولت چین روس ترکی پاکستان شمالی کوریا برازیل ساوتھ افریقہ اور وسطی ایشیا ئی ریاستوں کا اتحاد قائم ہو گیا ہے۔
