یا
ہمارے لیڈروں کی کرپشن اور نا اہلی کی وجہ سے ان کی جانیں ضائع چلی گئیں

ہر بار کسی دہشت گرد حملے یا دہشت گردوں کے خلاف کاروائی کے دوران فوج یا پولیس کے جوانوں کی شہادت کے بارے سُنتا ہوں تو ہمارے لیڈر کہتے ہیں کہ اُنہوں نے وطن کے لئے اپنی جانیں قربان کر دیں۔میڈیا اور سوشل میڈیا پر ان کی ستائش کی جاتی ہے،ہمارے قائدین ان کے خاندانوں کے پاس جا کر ان کی دلجوئی کرتے ہیں۔ہمارے فوجی اور سیاسی رہنما وہی بیان دُہرا دیتے ہیں جو وہ پہلے ان گنت مرتبہ دُہراچکے ہوتے ہیں کہ ہمیں ان حملوں سے ہمارا راستہ روکا نہیں جا سکتا، قوم متحد ہے، ہم دشمن کو شکست فاش دیں گے اور دشمن اوچھے ہتھکنڈوں پر اُتر آیا ہے وغیرہ وغیرہ۔
میرے خیال میں جب کسی فوجی یا پولیس کے جوان اور عام شہری کی کسی دہشت گرد حملے یا دہشت گردوں کے خلاف کاروائی کے دوران شہادت ہوتی ہے تو یہ کرپٹ اور نا اہل حکمرانوں کی وجہ سے ہوتی ہے۔شہید ہونے والے اس طرح سے اپنی جان دینا نہیں چاہتے ۔ان فوجیوں اور پولیس والوں کو ہمارے لیڈر مرواتے ہیں۔

وہ لیڈر جنہوں نے چھ سال تک اپریشن ضرب عضب میں تاخیر کی۔وہ لوگوں کو یہ کہہ کر ڈراتے رہے کہ ہم دہشت گردوں کے خلاف فوجی اپریشن کرکے کامیاب نہیں ہو سکتے۔انہوں نے کبھی قوم کو بتایا ہی نہیں کہ اگر کوئی آپ پر یا آپ کے بچوں پر بندوق تان لے اور گھوڑا دبانے ہی والا ہو تو اس کا مقابلہ کس طرح کرنا ہے۔
جو پچھلے چار سال میں نیشنل ایکشن پلان پر عمل درآمد نہیں کر سکے۔
جنہوں نے پنجاب میں دہشت گردوں کے خلاف اپریشن کی مخالفت کی۔
جو افسران عوام کی خدمت کی بجائے حکمرانوں کی غلامی کرنے میں مصروف ہیں۔
جن کو ان کے خاندان سمیت مکمل سیکورٹی دستیاب ہے جبکہ عام شہری سڑکوں پر مارے جا رہے ہیں۔
وہ لوگ جو دشمن کی نشاندہی کرنے سے کتراتے ہیں۔اگر ان سے پوچھا جائے کہ کون ہے جو پچھلے دس سالوں سے ہمیں قتل کر رہا ہے تو وہ صرف یہ کہیں گے کہ دشمن۔دنیا میں کسی قوم نے جنگ نہیں جیتی جب تک وہ دشمن کا تعیّن نہ کرلے۔
وہ لوگ جو نا اہل اور کرپٹ افسران کو تعینات کرتے ہیں اور ان کو ترقیاں دیتے ہیں۔جولوگ اہل اور ایماندار افسران کی بدلیاں اور تنزلی کرتے ہیں۔
وہ لوگ جن کے فرائض میں دشمن کی سُن گُن رکھنا اور خطرے کی بُو سے آگاہ رہنا شامل ہے مگر وہ اپنا فرض ادا کرنے میں کوتاہی کرتے ہیں۔ملک میں ہونے والا ہر دہشت گرد حملہ پکار پکار کر کہہ رہا ہوتا ہے کہ وہی لوگ بار بار ناکام ہو رہے ہیں۔وہ لوگ نااہل ہیں،کرپٹ ہیں یا ناکارہ ہو چکے ہیں۔
وہ لوگ جودہشت گردوں اور مجرموں کو عدالت کے کٹہرے میں لاکر سزا نہیں دلوا سکتے، وہ لوگ جو ملکی قوانین کےمطابق کرپٹ ترین لوگوں کو اپنا اختیار استعمال کرتے ہوئے بری کر دیتے ہیں،وہ لوگ جنہیں توہین عدالت کا خوف تو ہوتا ہے مگر انہیں عوام کے ساتھ روا بےانصافی اور ان کے میرٹ کی دھجیاں بکھیرنے کی کوئی پرواہ نہیں ہوتی۔
وہ لوگ جو پاکستان کے دشوار ترین، جراتمند انہ اور کامیاب اپریشن ضرب عضب پر نہ حق ملکیت جتا سکے نہ اور نہ ہی ان کو اسے جاری رکھنےکی توفیق ہوسکی۔وہ جنہیں قابل بھروسہ راحیل شریف کے کار خیر کو جاری رکھنا منا سب نہ لگا۔
They sacrificed their lives for the country

They lost their lives due to incompetence and corruption of our leaders.

Every time I hear soldiers or policemen lose their life in a terrorist operation or attack, we announce, they sacrificed their lives for our country. We honour them on social media and media, our leaders visit and console their families, our civil and military leaders make same announcement which they have repeated umpteenth times
“we will not be deterred by such attacks, nation is united, we will defeat the enemy. Enemy is resorted to cheap tactics” etc etc.
In my opinion, when those soldiers, policemen and common man lose their lives in a terror attack or anti terror operation, it is because of incompetent and corrupt leaders. They never opted to lose their life in such manner. Those soldiers and policemen have been killed by our leaders.
Who are those leaders? See top 10 list of such leaders.
1. Those who delayed Zarb Azab type of operation for 6 years. They kept scaring everybody that we can’t win against terrorist with Military operation. They could never tell nation how you fight a man aiming gun at you or your children and he is about to pull the trigger.
2. Those who could not execute a national action plan since 4 years.
3. Those who resisted anti terrorism operation in Punjab.
4. Those who are obedient servant of their rulers rather than public servants.
5. Those who get maximum security for themselves and their families while common men die on roads.
6. Those who hesitate to name the enemy. Ask them who is their enemy who is killing us since last 10 years, they would say ” enemy”. No nation has ever won a war if he cannot name his enemy.
7. Those who promote & appoint incompetent and corrupt officials. Those who transfer, demote or remove competent and honest officials.
8. Those who are supposed to hear, sniff and see threats and enemy as part of their duty and are unable to do their duty. Every terror attack in the country shout to convey one message that they failed time and again. They are either incompetent or corrupt or outdated.
9. Those who are unable to execute terrorist and criminals when they are brought to courts. Those who release the most corrupt under law of land using their authority. Those who are conscious of contempt of court but unaware of people dying and suffering due lack of justice and merit.
10. Those who could not own and continue “Zarb Azab” the most difficult, daring and successful operation of Pakistan. Those who could not continue the legacy of ” Raheel Sharif” a name, nation trusted after a very long time.
