Comparison between Pakistan & USA after 60 Days
Total cases:
USA – 16000
PAK – 12000
Total Deaths:
USA – 210
PAK – 253
Tests Per Million:
USA – 10000
PAK – 625
We are almost similar like USA after 60 days, perhaps worse if we analyse realistically. Clearly our 16 times lessor Testing capacity of corona is reason behind our 25% lessor total cases. If we bring our test capacity at par with USA, we might be at least having total cases of Corona around 50,000.
Our death rate is still higher than USA.
Clock is ticking, I wish all alarm bells prove false but we must never look away from latest reality.
I am worried when I see roads & streets bringing back people, when I see TV channels covering more on Govt Vs Opposition feud, when I see educated people not grasping the prevention measures, when I see continued socialising, when I realise that we are not prepared matching the real gravity of situation.
