پاکستان کی تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا حج کرپشن کا معاملہ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں اپنے انجام کو پہنچا اور سابقہ وفاقی وزیر حج اور ڈی جی حج افیئرز کو بری کردیا گیا ہے۔عوام الناس کو اس بات کی حیرانی ہے کہ اگر وہ بے گناہ تھے تو اس سب سے بڑی حج کرپشن کا ذمہ دار کون تھا جو لاکھوں حاجیوں کے لئے تکلیف اور آزار کا سبب بنا۔
اس سے ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ نہ ہم کبھی با اختیار لوگوں کا احتساب کر سکتے ہیں اور نہ کبھی کرپشن کی جڑیں اکھاڑ سکتے ہیں۔ہمارا سارا نظام کرپٹ اور با اختیار لوگوں ہی کو سہولت اور تحفظ فراہم کرنے کے لئے بنایا گیا ہے۔
جب نیب کے سابق چیف کہتے ہیں کہ اس ملک میں ہر روز سات آٹھ ارب روپے کی کرپشن ہو رہی ہے تو اس میں سے کتنی رقوم پکڑی گئی ہیں یا ان کا حساب لیا گیا ہے؟یہ بذات خود اس بات کاواضح ثبوت ہےکہ ہمارانظام انصاف ناکام ہو چکا۔فوجی عدالتوں کا قیام بھی ایک اور ثبوت ہے جوثابت کرتا ہے کہ ہمارا نظام عدل نا کام ہو چکا۔
لوگ محو حیرت ہیں کہ اگر ایک نظام عوام کی خدمت کرنے میں ناکام ہو چکا تو اس کی پذیرائی کیوں کی جائے؟کیا یہ ہماری آئینی ذمہ داری ہے کہ اگر کوئی نظام ہماری اور ہمارے اقربا ءکی جانوں، ان کےاثاثہ جات، ان کے حقوق اور ان کی امیدوں کے تحفظ میں ناکام ہو جائے تب بھی اس کے گُن گائے جائیں؟
تم سے پہلی امتیں نا انصافی عام ہونےکی وجہ سے ہلاک کر دی گئیں۔
Biggest HAJ Corruption Scandal in the history of Pakistan was not corruption

Biggest HAJ Corruption Scandal in the history of Pakistan has finally reached to its end at Islamabad High Court by acquitting all accused including Former Federal Minister HAJ and Former DG. Public wonders if they are innocent who was responsible for biggest HAJ corruption and who was responsible for causing turmoil and inconvenience to hundreds of thousands of HAJIS.
This proves we would never be able to hold powerful as accountable and never be able to find roots of corruption. Our system is built to facilitate and support corrupt and powerful.
If former Chairman NAB declares 7-8 Billion daily corruption in this country, how much of that ever been discovered or made accountable. This fact itself is an evidence that our judicial system has failed. Installation of Military Courts is another evidence that our judicial system has failed.
Public wonders if a system has failed to serve public, does it require to be respected? or it is our constitutional obligation to respect the system even if it fails to protect our lives, lives of near and dear, our assets, our rights, and our hopes.
Nations before you were destroyed because of injustice.
