I am ordinary citizen, I have some questions from esteemed Supreme Court
1. After Panama Leaks, all nations reacted to the great corruption tales, all civilised countries governed under rule of law responded with either resignation of those involved or offered evidence of their innocence. Whole country was crying for accountability of our PM. Why Supreme Court did not take any concrete action or Suo Moto for 7 months despite the most crucial nature of case until political movement of Lockdown appeared to have put pressure on SC to take up the case in courts.
2. Chief Justice of Pakistan throughout his tenure kept calling the system & Institutions as corrupt. Did CJP take any significant step to bring the corrupt under accountability & Justice . If CJP could not achieve anything of such kind, is it justified for a person to hold a position which he could not justify? Should CJP take all those perks n privileges of such a position if as a CJP, he could not provide justice to the needy & accountability for criminals & corrupt?
4. When Imran Khan called off lock down of Islamabad, CJP announced to hold daily hearing till decision, then why hearings were scheduled after weeks of gap because of vacations of Judges or other reasons? Was there anything more important than a national crisis? was Judges going on vacations while the nation is on fire, is a sane practice?
5. If a PM is proved as liar in the background of his speeches on State Television, Parliament and statements of his family compared to statements submitted in the court with regards to controversial assets of missing transaction trails, does it not provide enough evidence to send the PM home?
In my opinion, if justice will not appear from courts, we will destroy the last hopes of any justice in this country. Does it mean anarchy? Does it mean there can never be rule of law in this country? Does it mean present system of Judiciary has collapsed & it needs drastic reforms?
The country is on fire, the leadership & Justice is callous, will fire go wild or it will die down. If fire goes down, loss will be searched in the ashes of fire. Let’s see what do we find in the ashes after fire? A question if answered will determine the future of Pakistan.

میں ایک عام شہری ہوں اور معزز سپریم کورٹ سے کچھ سوال پوچھنا چاہتا ہوں۔
۔ 1. پانامہ لیکس کے ظہور کے بعد تمام اقوام نے کرپشن کی بڑی بڑی داستانوں پر رد عمل کا اظہار کیا۔ تمام مہذب مما لک میں جہاں قانون کی حکمرانی ہے جواباً کرپشن میں ملوث افراد کے استعفے یا بےگناہی کے ثبوت پیش کئے گئے۔ جب پورا ملک وزیر اعظم کے احتساب کے لئے دُہائی دے رہا تھا سات ماہ گذر نے کے باوجود نہ سپریم کورٹ نےاس اہم ترین قومی معاملے کی جانب اس وقت تک کوئی ٹھوس قدم اٹھایا نہ سووموٹو نوٹس لے سکی جب تک اس پر دباو ڈالنے کے لئے شہر کو لاک ڈاون کرنے کا اعلان نہ آگیا۔
۔ 2. چیف جسٹس صاحب اپنی تعیناتی کےآغاز سے سسٹم اور اداروں کو کرپٹ قرار دیتے رہے ہیں۔ کیا سپریم کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس نے کرپشن کرنے والوں کو احتساب اور قانون کی زد میں لانے کے لئے کوئی موثر قدم اٹھایا؟اگر چیف جسٹس پاکستان یہ سب کچھ نہیں کر سکے تو کیا ان کے لئے اس عہدے پر براجمان رہنا مناسب ہوگا جس کےلئے وہ اپنی اہلیت ثابت نہ کر سکے؟کیا وہ بطور چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان اس عہدے کے لئے ملنے والے معاوضے اور مراعات کے حق دار تھے جبکہ وہ ضرورت مندوں کو نہ انصاف دے سکے نہ کرپٹ اور مجرموں کا احتساب کرسکے؟
۔ 3. جب عمران خان نے اسلام آباد کو لاک ڈاون کرنے کی کال دی تو چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان نے مقدمے کے فیصلے تک روزانہ کی بنیاد پر سماعت کا اعلان کیا تھا۔ بعد میں ججوں کی چھٹیوں اور دیگر وجوہات کی بنا پر سماعت کو ہفتوں لمبے وقفوں تک ملتوی کیا جانے لگا۔کیا قومی بحران سے بھی کچھ زیادہ اہم تھا؟ جب قوم آگ میں گھری ہو ججوں کا چھٹیوں پر چلے جانا مناسب تھا؟
۔ 4. جب وزیر اعظم اور ان کے اہل خانہ پارلیمنٹ اور ٹی وی کے خطابات اور بیانات میں تضاد اور عدالت میں پیش کئے جانے والے شواہد میں متنازعہ اثاثوں کی مالیاتی ٹریل کی عدم موجودگی کی بنیاد پر جھوٹے قرار دیئے جا چکے تو یہ سب وزیر اعظم کو گھر بھیجنے کے لئے کافی نہ تھا؟
میرا خیال ہے کہ اگر عدالت سے انصاف نہیں ملتا تو ملک بھر کی لگی ہوئی انصاف کی آخری امیدیں بھی دم توڑ جائیں گی جس کا مطلب ہو گا مکمل انتشار۔ کیا اس کا مطلب ہے ملک میں کبھی قانون کی حکمرانی نہیں ہو گی؟کیا اس کا مطلب ہے ملک میں نظام عدل زمیں بوس ہو چکا اور اس میں بہت بڑی اصلاحات کی ضرورت ہے؟ملک آگ کی لپیٹ میں ہے۔ سنگدل قیادت اور انصاف کے بغیر یہ آگ بے قابو ہو جائے گی جو کچھ ہم آگ میں کھوئیں گے، کیا ہم اسے راکھ میں تلاش کریں گے.
اس سوال کا جواب مل سکے تو اس سے ملک کے مستقبل کا تعین کیا جاسکے گا۔
