If the most inspiring sight of Islam is gathering of Muslims from all over the world for HAJ at the house of Allah and it allows everyone from both genders to perform all rituals together, why in contrast, we find it difficult to allow male & female study together? Why females are not allowed to drive in Saudia? why a deep divide has been created in working and education of Muslim men and women.
Question:Is HAJ not a clear indicator that men and women can work together. Is it not Allah’s clear message that men and women can work together?
To compete with rest of the world, Muslim world must pay attention to participation of women in every segment of society without any discrimination. Working code of conduct is something which is created and executed for any working environment including education. We should pay attention on code of conduct not discriminating between men and women.
